Deep-Clean & Drying Detail
About this project
Before-and-after views of grey carpet on stairs, a hallway and bedrooms, plus an air mover drying the carpet and the soil extracted during cleaning.
This project focuses on the parts of a carpet cleaning visit most people never see: what comes out of the carpet and how it is dried. Several photos are split before-and-after views of the same grey carpet on a staircase, along a hallway and in two bedrooms.
One photo shows an air mover (a high-velocity drying fan) placed on the freshly cleaned carpet. Moving air across the surface is one of the most effective ways to shorten drying time, which matters in humid weather. The last photo shows two buckets of dark water: the soil rinsed and extracted from the carpet during cleaning.
What the photos show
- Split before-and-after views of staircase carpet
- Hallway carpet with traffic soiling before cleaning and a groomed finish after
- Two bedrooms shown before and after, side by side
- An air mover in place to speed drying
- Buckets of dirty water extracted from the carpet
Grey carpet hides dirt well, so the buckets tell the real story. Good extraction and active drying are what keep the carpet clean and fresh after the visit, not just on the day.
