Scheduling around your business
We plan commercial visits around the times that cause the least disruption: early mornings, evenings, weekends or the window between tenants or guests. When you request a quote, tell us your hours, building access rules, parking or loading zone details and any areas that must stay usable during cleaning. For buildings with property management, we can coordinate directly with the manager or building engineer.
One-time and recurring service
One-time deep cleaning
Good before a move-in, after a renovation, before an inspection or when the carpet simply needs a reset. We inspect the space, focus on traffic lanes and entries and leave the carpet groomed and drying.
Recurring maintenance
Commercial carpet lasts longer and looks better when soil is removed before it builds up. A recurring schedule can focus on entrances, corridors and other high-traffic paths between full cleanings. We suggest a frequency based on your foot traffic and how the space is used.
Our commercial process
- Site walkthrough. Carpet type, traffic patterns, spots, access and any constraints.
- Clear scope and quote. Which areas will be cleaned, when, and what to expect.
- Dry soil removal and pre-treatment. Entrances, corridors, desk areas and spots get targeted attention.
- Cleaning suited to the carpet. Extraction or low-moisture cleaning depending on the carpet and how soon the space must be back in use.
- Drying and handoff. We help airflow and confirm when the area can be used again.
Preparing the space
A little preparation keeps a commercial visit short and predictable:
- Clear chairs, bins, cables and small items from the floor in the areas to be cleaned, or let us know what should stay in place.
- Tell staff or tenants when the work is planned and which areas will be off limits while the carpet dries.
- Point out problem areas in advance: coffee spills near break rooms, rolling-chair wear under desks, or salt and sand at entrances.
- Confirm where equipment can be staged and where we can access water and power.
Entrances and walk-off areas
Most soil in a commercial space comes in on shoes. On Oahu that often means beach sand, red dirt and moisture from rain or wet parking lots. Good entrance mats that are cleaned regularly trap much of it before it reaches the carpet, and entrances and the first few yards of corridor usually need attention more often than the rest of the space. We can include walk-off areas in a recurring plan so they are cleaned before soil spreads.
Rentals and turnovers
For vacation rentals and long-term rentals, clean carpet is part of a good guest or tenant handoff. We work with owners and property managers on turnovers and can plan around check-out and check-in times. Commercial carpet often uses low-profile glue-down or carpet tile installations. These dry faster but can be sensitive to over-wetting, so we match the moisture level to the installation.
